  1. 8 Tbs. (1/2 c.) butter, softened
  2. 2 c. creamy peanut butter, divided
  3. 1 c. confectioners sugar
  4. ~ 10 oz. or 2/3 of a 14.4 oz. box of graham crackers, mashed into crumbs
  5. 10 - 12 oz. chocolate chips
  6. 1/4 tsp. vanilla
  7. 1/2 c. roasted peanuts, chopped
Instructions
  1. 1. Grease a 8" x 12" pan or line it with parchment paper
  2. 2. Beat the butter and 1 c. of the peanut butter together. Then beat in the powdered sugar until smooth. Stir in the graham crackers.
